Submitting your form will help us in matching your artwork to your display order and expedite the file processing time.

If available, include your order number in the title of the WeTransfer submission form.
Approve The e-Proof
We will send you a digital proof PDF to approve within 1-2 business days. Once we receive your approval, your file will be sent to print.
File Submission Form
Once you've completed the File Submission Form, it's time to send us your artwork files. To reduce the upload time and minimize the chances of transfer errors when submitting large file sizes, please be sure to compress all of your files into a zipped archive (.zip) before initiating the upload.

Our team will review your artwork to ensure that it meets all requirements necessary for optimal output of your display graphics. Upon processing the print files, our graphics technicians will prepare electronic PDF proofs (e-Proofs) for your review and approval prior to going to print. Proofs are typically emailed within 1-3 business days from receipt of your uploaded files. At this time, any questions or concerns with your files will be expressed by our technicians via email. Once we receive your approval, standard print production lead-times of your order will begin.

Yes. We can supply test prints upon request for an additional fee. Note that requesting test prints will delay the overall production and delivery lead-times for your display.

Yes, we can make any necessary edits on our end if we flag an error and time is of the essence.
Simple changes are often performed free of charge but more complex and time-consuming edits are subject to our design rate of $100/hr. and billed in 0.5 hour increments.

All production times begin once we received your e-proof approval.
Banner stand orders are produced within 3-5 business days.
Most portable displays with printed graphics (10x10 and under) are produced within 5-7 business days.
Larger booth solutions such as H-line Modular Frame Structures generally require a minimum of 10 business days for production.
For time-sensitive projects, be sure to contact your project manager as production and shipping lead-times may fluxuate.

Yes, we archive every creative project. Any reprints or updates required in the future are accessible to us, and we will happily release any file upon request. We also can keep print samples on hand to maintain color consistency for future updates upon request.
