    Order Lead-Times

    Exact production times may vary by product, quantity and complexity. Standard display products not requiring graphics are typically prepared and shipped out within 3-5 business days from order receipt.

    For products requiring graphics, production lead-times start only when the final artwork is submitted. We then verify the files and send you a PDF proof (e-proofs) for approval 1-2 days after file submission. Once you approve your e-proofs, graphics are printed, processed, and installed within 5-7 business days. If you're concerned about meeting a critical deadline, contact us before placing your order for an accurate completion date for your specific order requirements.

    If any item within your order is out of stock or back-ordered, we will contact you immediately. You will be given an estimated fulfillment date along with an option for it to be removed and refunded from your order.

    In most instances, PosterGarden can accommodate the rush production of most display products and printed graphics. Please contact us to inquire about the applicable rush fees, transit delays, and artwork submission deadlines necessary to deliver your order faster than our posted production times.

    Shipping Information

    Shipping rates are calculated during the check-out process based on the items within your cart and your desired delivery address. All shipping rates are based on standard ground shipping. Contact a project manager if you wish to receive a shipping quote for rush/priority shipping service.

    Transit times vary based on your order items and delivery location. Contact a project manager if you require delivery of your order faster than the estimated shipping time calculated during checkout (before placing your order).

    Please contact us if you wish to ship your product via expedited service or if you want to use your carrier account. If applicable, we can provide an approximate shipping cost based upon your expedited or custom delivery needs.

    Unless otherwise specified, all display products are shipped within cardboard packaging. An order with multiple items will be consolidated into a single or the least number of packages possible when feasible. Display products purchased along with a bag or case will be shipped within the transport solution, and special care is taken to protect loose or fragile items during transit adequately.

    We encourage you to purchase all of your display items together to be processed and shipped as a single order. If, for any reason, you have placed two or more orders separately and you wish them to be shipped together, please get in touch with us immediately to ensure that we are able to consolidate your orders into a single shipment.

    Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with an email link to track the shipping status of your package(s) online.

    Please carefully read our procedure for receiving delivery of an order suspected of damage during shipping. Failure to follow these steps may result in the customer being responsible for replacement or repair costs for damaged orders.

    During the delivery of your order, you must take a photo demonstrating the damage to the item or packaging and have it documented by the delivery driver upon signing for receipt of the damaged order items. You must inspect your entire order and notify us of any issues immediately upon receipt. Packages that arrive damaged or appear to have been mishandled during shipping must be reported to PosterGarden within 48 hours of delivery. While all shipments leaving PosterGarden are insured, failure to follow this procedure inhibits our ability to file a damage claim with the carrier.

    Order Payments & Returns

    Orders are processed Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be processed the following business day. We will contact you immediately with any discrepancies or if any additional details are required to process your order. We will notify you within 1-2 business days if your order has special shipping and handling fees associated with oversize items to your specified delivery address.

    Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Orders that have already been processed may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees. Graphic orders and custom printed products cannot be cancelled after approval of the electronic proof and printing has begun. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

    Orders must be paid in full before any product is shipped from our facilities. We accept all major credit cards as well PayPal, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay through our automated checkout process. For cheques, wire transfers and direct deposits, please contact us to request the required processing information for your order. Longer lead times may apply; contact us for more details.

    PosterGarden’s goal is to provide you with the best portable and modular display products and customer service possible. In the unlikely event an issue should arise, consult the following refund policy and please contact your project manager.

    Hot Swap vs. Standard Returns – If you are returning or exchanging an item and need a replacement right away, simply pay for a replacement in advance and we will send it to you. When we receive your return or exchange, we will credit your account according to our return policy.

    Returns – Customers may return any non-graphic item up to 30 days from purchase, but all graphic and flooring sales are final. Although customers are responsible for shipping items back to us, we may waive a 20% restocking fee by using it as a credit toward new items purchased within 30 days of the return.

    Exchanges – Customers may exchange any non-graphic item up to 30 days from purchase, though all graphic and flooring sales are final. There is no restocking fee for exchanged items, though customers are responsible for shipping items to and from PosterGarden. Please ensure that your returns and exchanges are in new, re-saleable condition to avoid further charges.

    Defects – All other hardware and graphics are guaranteed against defects for one year unless otherwise noted on the product page or catalog. In the unlikely event you experience a defect, please contact your project manager to determine if a repair or replacement is necessary. Ground shipping will be covered both ways by PosterGarden for any repairs covered under warranty. Ground shipping to the client will be covered by PosterGarden for any replacements. Expedited shipping less the cost of ground shipping will be at the client’s expense when required. Contact your project manager for more details.

    Color & Graphics – PosterGarden does everything to provide the best graphics in the industry. You, however, are responsible for approving all e-proofs, including spelling, punctuation, graphic placement, and design work. We will replace graphics affected by our mistakes, but we are not responsible for errors in files you approve.

    Always obtain a Return Authorization – All returned products must be accompanied with a Return Authorization. Please contact your project manager to have a return authorization initiated. Always include a copy of the RA when you send the product back to us for appropriate credit.

    Hardware Modification & Graphic Installation – Displays that have had their hardware modified outside of normal usage parameters by the customer or have had graphics incorrectly installed by the customer will render our warranty null and void.

    Panoramic H-Line – Hardware has a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Accessories such as lights, shelves, shipping containers, and bags are excluded from this warranty. No warranty is provided on graphics. In the unlikely event you experience a defect, please contact your project manager to determine if a repair or replacement is necessary.

    Warranty Information

    Our products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, negligence, or product misuse. Should you discover a problem with a product believed to be defective, PosterGarden may repair or provide a replacement regardless of the time elapsed from the date of purchase. All warranty repairs and replacements of a defective product are subject to review by PosterGarden. Products with modified hardware or incorrectly installed graphics will render the manufacturer's warranty null and void. PosterGarden will issue a quote for repair or replacement if the issues are not a result of a manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship upon evaluation.

    A lifetime warranty backs our premium and proprietary printed banner and pop-up graphic products against manufacturing defects, de-lamination and color fading under regular indoor use. Premium laminated graphics that show evidence of being used outdoors or have not been properly rolled, with the graphic image facing outwards, will not be covered under this warranty. In the case of physical defects in the materials or workmanship, we will reprint using the original artwork. Changes to the graphics files will not be permitted without additional processing fees under a warranty repair/replacement.

    Should any product purchased from PosterGarden require service or repairs, return it to us for a free evaluation. Most display products sold by PosterGarden are designed and manufactured without glue or riveting and are can easily be repaired or refurbished. Upon evaluating the product, PosterGarden will issue a cost estimate including parts and labour for your approval before proceeding. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to PosterGarden for evaluation and the cost to ship the repaired product back.

    Priority Services

    Standard production time is 5-7 business days from e-Proof approval plus shipping time.

    Need it sooner? No problem. We know how stressful it is getting ready for a big event and we want to help. Our goal is to meet every customer’s deadline. Should you require your products sooner than 5-7 business days, please contact a Project Manager to learn about our rush services.

    If you require our assistance with design, an additional 5 days is required assuming that you respond in a timely manner. Design rush service is also available. If you are ordering products without graphics, we will make every effort to ship within 2-3 business days. Your Project Manager will supply you with specific milestones in order to meet your delivery date.
