Concept proposals are available to customers requiring a tailored booth configuration.
We generally start with simple 3D line drawing mock-ups to present a portable or modular solution that meets your needs in terms of your booth size/layout, functionality and budget.
Concept proposals include a detailed estimate breaking down the components included within your booth solution along with the total estimated shipping weight.
Depending on the complexity of your requirements, concept proposals will also include some custom branded renders to help you visualize how your booth can look with your company's branding.
Upon approval of your booth concept, we will provide you with a quote to create your booth's final print-ready artwork or we can provide you with the design templates if you will be providing your own artwork.

Generally speaking and under normal workloads, expect a concept proposal within 5-7 business days.
If you need it sooner, we can potentially fast-track your proposal upon request.
