Brand Your Stand

Our graphic design rate is $100 per hour.

File verification and e-proofing your supplied artwork is included with your order. Any changes you require us to make to your supplied artwork file is subject to our graphic design rate and will be billed in 0.5 hour increments.

Assuming all assets are in order and specific direction is provided, we generally require (1) hour of design time to create a single banner stand display and typically (2-3) hours for a pop-up display. This general design time estimate also includes preparing PDF proofs for your review, along with one to two rounds of revisions.

Generally speaking, the better the assets and the more clear direction that you are able to provide for your design consultation, the less time our creative team will require to visualize an impactful design for your display artwork.

To make the design process as quick and efficient as possible, please provide the following assets:

• Corporate branding guidelines
• Vector logo(s)
• An electronic text document containing your display copy
• High quality/resolution images to be incorporated into your display artwork.

Yes, we archive every creative project. Any reprints or updates required in the future are accessible to us, and we will happily release any file upon request. We also can keep print samples on hand to maintain colour consistency for future updates upon request.

Concept proposals are available to customers requiring a tailored booth configuration.

We generally start with simple 3D line drawing mock-ups to present a portable or modular solution that meets your needs in terms of your booth size/layout, functionality and budget.

Concept proposals include a detailed estimate breaking down the components included within your booth solution along with the total estimated shipping weight.

Depending on the complexity of your requirements, concept proposals will also include some custom branded renders to help you visualize how your booth can look with your company's branding.

Upon approval of your booth concept, we will provide you with a quote to create your booth's final print-ready artwork or we can provide you with the design templates if you will be providing your own artwork.
